Warum Kommt meine Bestellung von Strato nicht an?

Hallo ich hab eine Frage,

Ich habe mir vor über 6 Tagen eine Domain bei Strato bestellt, und habe bereits in meinem Spam Ordner geschaut, nichts. Es kam weder eine Mail von irgendeinem Login noch eine Mail über die Aktivierung. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
